Our commitment to deliver personal attention to you remains our goal. The treatment room will be reserved and prepared for you at the time that has been specified as most convenient. We make every effort to honour all time commitments and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. We ask that you please give our receptionist at least 24 business hours notice when canceling or changing an appointment, in which case no fee will be applied. This courtesy allows another patient to receive treatment at the time that had been reserved for you.
